Assist in overseeing the Beverage Department. Track product shortages and equipment needs. Assist with interviewing and training new Team Members to perform their job duties. Responsibilities include liquor inventory, scheduling, managing budget and labor costs.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years Beverage Management experience with a high volume beverage background. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management. Excellent attention to detail both in products, service and the appearance of all operating Beverage outlets. Must be able to handle a flexible schedule. Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand the activity in the department
