We are looking for an Assistant Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will support the daily operation of the Cocktail Production & Sustainability Lab by preparing cocktail ingredients, house-made products, fresh juices, garnishes and pre-batched cocktails. You will ensure quality, consistency, food safety and sustainability standards across all preparations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare syrups, purées, juices, cocktail components, garnishes and other beverage preparations.
• Assist with house-made liqueurs, spirits, specialty products and pre-batched cocktails.
• Prepare, label, store and distribute products to bars according to operational needs.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and sanitation of equipment and work areas.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory control and replenishment.
• Apply food safety, HACCP, Health & Safety and sustainability standards.
• Follow production schedules and collaborate with bar teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma. Training or certification in Bartending, Barista, Culinary Arts or Food Production is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a bar, beverage production, kitchen preparation or a similar environment is preferred.
• Good command of English.
• Basic knowledge of cocktails and beverages.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to remain calm and effective during busy periods.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts based on operational needs.
