In this role, you will support the recruitment, training and development of our passionate ambassadors, nurturing a team culture that reflects warmth, sophistication and genuine care. You will lead by example on the floor, delivering seamless, friendly and professional service that embodies a true luxury experience.
Working collaboratively across the hotel, you will ensure clear and effective communication between departments, creating a harmonious flow that enhances each guest journey. You will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our bars, driving both consistency and innovation, while ensuring the team is confident and knowledgeable across all menu offerings to maximise guest satisfaction and sales opportunities.
With a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence, you will also contribute to the ongoing development of our Food and Beverage strategies, helping to shape memorable experiences that delight and inspire. You are a natural leader with proven experience guiding high-performing teams within the hospitality industry, ideally in a luxury bar environment. You bring a refined sense of service, coupled with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest moments and elevating every interaction.

Flexible and dependable, you are comfortable working a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, embracing the dynamic nature of luxury hospitality. You also hold a current RSA certification and full Australian working rights, allowing you to work with us without restriction.
