We’re looking for an Assistant Bar Manager with both style and structure — someone who understands that true elegance lies in the choreography of discipline, emotion, and personality. You’ll support the Bar Manager in leading a team trained to perfection yet alive with individuality — a team that delivers consistency with soul.

Celebrating intimacy and playfulness, …At Sloane is a collaboration between revered designer Francois-Joseph Graf and the 300-year-old Cadogan Estate. Downstairs, the bar with its private entrance on Holbein Place, beckons guests into the late hours with classic cocktails and in-house DJs. Under flickering candlelight, the plush banquette seating, snug rooms, and a lush palette of Etruscan red offer promise of sensual delights and endless nights. Upstairs, the continuous service restaurant set against expansive views across Chelsea offers a menu of Costes ‘essentiels’, serving Parisian classics alongside Asian delicacies, such as foie gras, dim sum, steak au poivre, tom yam seabass, tomato rigatoni and the famous cheesecake.
