Are you passionate about hospitality and creating a vibrant bar atmosphere? Hotel Amigo is looking for a hands on Assistant Bar Manager. You will support the Bar Manager in the smooth day-to day operations of the bar, supervising the team and delivering an unforgettable experience for guests ensuring the impeccable compliance of the service standards.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:
Supervises the bar team and gives instructions to ensure that five-star service standards are maintained at all times
Supervises the setup of the bar, tables, service equipment, necessary accessories
Participates in service activities
Assists in onboarding and training of staff
Monitors orderliness and cleanliness in the bar, as well as staff presentation
Resolves customer issues and inquiries
Checks stock and conducts inventory
