About the role:
The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seekinganAssistantBanquetManagerto join ourBanquetsteam. The AssistantBanquetManagersupports the daily operations, service execution, and team leadership of the Banquet department to ensure every event — large or intimate — reflects Four Seasons’ commitment to exceptional quality and memorable guest experiences. This position works closely with the Director of Banquets and Food & Beverage leadership team, the Assistant Managerprovideshands-on guidance throughout event setup, service, and breakdown while fostering a positive, engaged, and service-driven team culture.
What you bring:
The qualified candidate willpossessa passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and workethic
Qualifications include:
At least 1-2 years of banquet event management experience, preferable in a luxury hotel or resort
Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions. Willing to work inface-pacedenvironment
Strong computer skills
Ability to lift, carry, and move up to50 lbs.
Work authorization in the United States
