Job Description

Our client is a diversified HKSE listed company, primarily focusing on MLM, education and leisure. In line with their growth plan, they are seeking for a qualified and experience Assistant Audit Manager to join their HQ in Petaling Jaya.

  • Assist in developing the annual internal audit plan based on risk assessments and business needs, ensuring the plan is responsive to and aligned with the risk profile of the organization.
  • Assist in preparing and issuing all Internal Audit reports to ensure the reports are clear, concise, identify root causes with practical solutions, and ultimately provide value to management.
  • Plan and execute audit assignments, including work paper documentation, in accordance with Audit Standards, and conduct ad hoc task/ special projects as needed for the region.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of the audit plan.
  • Assist in addressing control issues on new business processes, policies and procedures, and providing consultative services to the stake holders.
  • Conduct ad hoc audit, investigation or any special project as per request by management.
  • Manage the process to track, follow-up, and ultimately close all open audit issues leveraging the Audit Committee, if necessary
  • Drive the process improvement initiatives by business partnering with the relevant departments globally.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of audit experience, preferably with prior exposures in MLM industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in finance / accounting (CA, CPA, CIMA, CISA, CIA and ACCA)
  • Strong analytical, communication skills and good command of English and report writing skills.
  • Possession of sound independent judgment.

Remuneration

  • Basic - RM6,000 - RM8,000
  • 13-month Salary
  • Performance Bonus
