Assistant Athletics Director Ticket Operation & SalesThe Assistant Athletics Director of Ticket Operations and Sales works under the direction of the Chief Revenue Officer. The Assistant Athletics Director is a member of the University of San Francisco Athletic Department and works cooperatively with student-athletes, coaches, athletics department staff members, and University employees on ticket and business operations items. This Assistant Athletics Director will oversee ticket sales and operations, and ticket staff members. Additionally, this position will assist in revenue generation initiatives.

Ticket Operations:
Ticket Sales: Assist with evaluating, implementing, and executing strategies to hit yearly ticket sales and ticket revenue goals.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred and at least 5 year of related experience. Ideal candidate will have prior ticket and ticket sales experience in a college setting. Prior experience with ticketing software (including NeuLion, TicketsWest, and/or Paciolan) is preferred. Candidate must demonstrate outstanding administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Strong computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office) are required. Must be able to set priorities, coordinate multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision. Candidate should have strong time management skills with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Candidate must have effective oral and written communication skills. Prior management experience in a team setting preferred. Candidate is responsible for understanding and upholding the mission, values and goals of the Athletic Department and University of San Francisco.
