Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (Cebu)

Nature of the Account: Retail

Type of Support: Non-Voice

Shift: 9AM to 6PM

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of graphic design experience in print with a strong branding focus, including team leadership and a clear, thoughtful approach to space and typography in print design.
• Strong preference with experience in fashion and lifestyle design and visuals
• Finished a Bachelor's Degree - Any Discipline

Skills Required

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Indesign specifically
• Proven ability to design visually compelling print pieces with strong spatial design ability, typography and color usage
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable and positive, embracing change proactively
• Effective communicator and collaborator, comfortable working independently or in teams
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and adherence to instructions

Good to have:

• Experience in fashion retail

• Create visually appealing print designs that reflect brand identity with strong typography and attention to detail
• Maintain high speed, accuracy, and quality in work
• Implement design changes and feedback efficiently to meet deadlines
• Ensure brand consistency following creative guidelines
• Stay updated on fashion and retail design and social media trends
