Working alongside the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you'll gain experience leading the day-to-day operations of a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility while partnering with clinical and operational leaders to drive outstanding resident care and business performance.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the overall operations of a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility
Driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
Supporting quality outcomes and regulatory compliance
Coaching and developing department leaders
Building employee engagement and a positive workplace culture
Assisting with budgeting, financial performance, and operational planning
Supporting census development, admissions, and customer experience initiatives
Collaborating with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams
Helping ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Leading projects that improve resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and organizational performance
