Our behavioral health services have been designed to meet the needs of individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in behavioral health preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in behavioral health or related field
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of confidentiality and ethical standards in healthcare
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required
