8:00am-5:00pm/Monday-Friday

What you’ll be doing:

  • Create reports and prepare presentations
  • Provide sales reporting as needed
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Maintain database
  • Order office supplies
  • Conduct research and manage special projects as necessary
  • Assist with preparation for special events, programs, and conferences
  • New hire preparation - phone, computer, mailbox, supplies, name tag
  • Invoice processing

What you bring to the table:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Access)
  • Strong organizational skills, highly motivated, with attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent internal and external customer service skills
  • Must be sensitive to working with confidential information

Qualifications:

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of administrative experience

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Experience using Salesforce.com system
  • Ability to prioritize, follow-up and communicate effectively with all levels of Sales
  • Flexibility and capability to work multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Staples knowledge a plus
