• Provide support to ensure the smooth running of senior management and above team daily affairs, like maintaining schedule and meeting arrangements.
• Take care about senior management and above team business trip arrangements including but not limited to booking of flights, rental cars, hotels and follow-up reimbursement.
• Maintain the open issue list of senior management team and take care about follow-up items.
• Schedule and organization of relevant meetings, take care of agenda generation, content collection and consolidation, taking meeting minutes, do follow-ups.
• Coordination of cross-department topics and activities.
• Support on department relevant documents collection and filling.
• Other tasks assigned by manager from time to time.

• Bachelor or master degree in business management or a comparable degree.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in an assistant role with traceable experience.
• Outgoing personality, passionate, efficient, organized, pro-active, self-motivated, high flexibility, independent working style and creative.
• Ability to prioritize assignments and balance workload, solution oriented and able to do last-minute requests in a swift and calm manner.
• Professional writing skills paired with strong experience in creating presentations and documents using Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word).
• Language skills: Chinese and English business fluent, German language skills will be beneficial.
