· This role supports the Cardiac Surgery team, with a primary focus on clinic scheduling, obtaining outside medical records, and communicating directly with patients to coordinate appointments, surgeries, and care needs. In addition to managing physician calendars and administrative tasks, the position partners closely with physicians, APPs, and operational leaders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and an excellent patient experience behind the scenes. This role will be based downtown at Methodist Hospital, and is not a patient-facing or clinic-based position..

· • High School Diploma/GED required.
· • Requires 0-3+ years relevant experience; previous administrative experience preferred.
· • Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment a plus.
