Assistant - Administration

To be based at Battaramulla

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on office equipment, Facilities and infrastructure
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, fire and plumbing issues.
• Co-ordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance
• Maintain accurate records of maintainance activities and inventory of tools and spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
• Support preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Use AutoCAD for space management and building fit-outs.
• Carry out routine repair and maintenance audits as per API standards.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• National Vocational qualifications would be an added advantage
• Ability to perform minor mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire system troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and repair techniques.
• AutoCAD proficiency.
• Understanding of API standards for routine audits
