(Post Ref.: 26/228) Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the implementation of AACSB and other accreditation related quality assurance activities across all TPg programmes, ensuring alignment with evolving accreditation standards and institutional policies
• Design, implement, and report outcome-based Assurance of Learning (AoL) processes, working closely with programme teams and related departments to track student achievement and drive programme improvement
• Serve as the TPO’s main contact for all AACSB, EQUIS, and other accreditation-related matters, including leading the TPO’s EQUIS efforts and documentations, upholding AACSB accreditation standards, advising programme teams on accreditation requirement and best practices
• Support Faculty strategic planning and analytics by delivering evidence-based insights, impact data, and performance metrics to inform decision-making at both programme and faculty levels
• Lead the stakeholder engagement and communications with internal and external parties for accreditation reviews, audits, improvement initiatives, workshops, and related activities
• Integrate the accreditation requirements into curriculum planning, programme design, and quality enhancement frameworks to continuously improve postgraduate education in the Faculty
• Promote students' learning and career growth by delivering engaging events and establishing strong collaborations with a broad network of internal and external partners.
• Responsible for alumni engagement and promotion of Faculty of Business branding in Hong Kong, Chinese Mainland and beyond
• Support the Director of Taught Postgraduate Programmes on new initiatives and industry partnerships
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

Requirements

• A recognized Bachelor's degree with at least five years' post-qualification relevant experience
• Substantial administration experience in supporting academic quality assurance and enhancement of higher education programmes and committee work
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, with strong logical thinking and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently under tight schedules
• Good supervisory skills and a strong sense of responsibility
• Knowledge of IT applications

Candidates with less experience will be considered for appointment at lower rank.

Appointment

The rank and commencing salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund, and gratuity.
