REQ14953 Assistant, Accounts Receivable & Non-Gaming Credit (Open Date: 30/07/2026)

Assistant, Accounts Receivable & Non-gaming Credit is responsible to

• Handle accounts receivable related matters for hotel, F&B, entertainment and mall tenants for Macau properties

• Check all accounts receivable transactions and ensure correct data is entered into the systems

• Follow up the payment from payment vendors and customers in timely manner

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure all credit card and QR code transactions related to all non-gaming operations are properly audited, booked and reconciled to bank payment advice and systems

• Daily posting of receipts from payment vendors and debtors into systems

• Preparation of supporting documents for invoices to debtors

• Follow up outstanding invoices to mall tenants, travel agents and companies

• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts

• Proper filing of documents

• Attend to enquiries from customers and internal departments

• Assist Manager and Supervisor for any ad hoc reporting

• Able to meet timelines set by superiors

• Able to handle issues independently and accurately

• Able to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external parties

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

• Experience in integrated resort accounting department is preferred but not necessary

• Experience with a computerized system is a must

Education

• Appropriate tertiary qualification, majoring in Accounting/Finance

Skills / Competencies

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Good in using Excel and other MS office tools

• Displays a high commitment to improve customer service

• Self motivation to achieve business objectives and common goals

• Work as a team member
