Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operations across accounts
Coordinate with faculty, staff, and students for administrative and academic requirements
Assist in preparation and maintenance of reports, MIS, and documentation for audits and regulatory submissions (NAAC, AICTE, NIRF, etc.)
Facilitate scheduling, verification, and coordination
Manage communication, records, and data with accuracy and confidentiality
Provide timely support in general administration and departmental coordination
Educational Qualification
Graduate degree from a recognized university.
Professional Certifications
Any relevant certification in accounting management is desirable but not mandatory
Professional Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administration
Prior experience in a similar field is preferred
Skills and Competencies
Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities with high attention to detail
Professional communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with regulatory compliance
