Our client is a reputable distributor and manufacturer in the pharmaceutical and supplement industry, specializing in personal and healthcare products in Hong Kong. They are currently seeking Japanese-speaking professionals for Accounting Officer, Assistant Accounting Manager, and Accounting Manager roles.

Location: Tsing Yi

Working days: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm

Salary: negotiable

Job Responsibilities:

I) Assistant Accounting Manager:

• Oversee and maintain financial records for designated companies.
• Assist in preparing financial reports for management review.
• Support the year-end audit process in coordination with auditors.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in various projects and tasks as required.

II) Accounting Manager:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team.
• Drive operational improvements and problem-solving initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior management on audits and business projects.

Qualifications:

• Native Cantonese with high Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) & English
• Bachelors degree in accounting or related field, with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changes, and work collaboratively.
• Experience in cost accounting is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Mainland China business operations is an advantage.
• Previous experience working in Japanese companies is an advantage.
