HIRING POSITION: Assistant Accounting Manager

LOCATION: Samut Sakhon Industrial Estate

Responsibilities :

Transactions

• Daily monitoring and review all transactions posting in SAP.
• On time Monthly BCS submission & Annual SAS Pack Report as per group instruction & deadline.
• Ensure monthly Balance Sheet accounts are fully reconciled as schedule and submitted on time.
• Review and monitor the expenses in Conversion cost and SD&A in monthly basis with Insights.
• Ensure Fixed Asset are processed as per group policy.
• Monitor and review supplier credit term and aging.
• Review and release payment as schedule and due date.
• Work with external auditors and coordinate with all team in producing statutory financial statement.

Tax, Treasury, Forecasting, Controllership, and Others

• Monthly monitoring and review on taxation (VAT, WHT) for Submission.
• Half yearly and yearly company income tax preparation, calculation, and submission, including the tax questionnaire.
• Support Group Treasury in FX review, manage oversea payment, Group loan, and other requirements.
• Cash flow review and manage cash inflow-outflow to support business operation.
• Monthly payment forecasting to support FP&A team.
• Ensure control in finance area to comply with latest policies and DoA through the control activities and risk questionnaire.
• Signatories on behalf of director on formal company documents for government institutions, such as for Revenue Dept, Customs, Dept of Business Development, and Social Security Office.
• Coordinate with consultant for Myanmar branch closure process.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration / Finance
• Professional Accounting License
• Proficiency in SAP
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience in team management
