Our client is a regional securities and brokerage firm and looking to expand their business within APAC, and currently looking to hire the position to handle daily cash operations and financial liquidity, please find out more from below.

Welcome candidates from commerce background who are looking to join FS industry or Consultancy / CPA firms with experience in handling client accounting and looking to join an in-house role.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the seamless execution of deposit orders, bank loan orders, and loan administration processes to ensure optimal cash flow management.
  
• Closely monitoring and forecasting the organization's cash flow positions, allowing you to proactively determine borrowing needs and available funds.
  
• Establishing and maintaining a robust system of treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls to govern all treasury-related activities and support regulatory reporting requirements.
  
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Finance, and Business Units, to drive process improvements and spearhead treasury-focused projects.
  
• Fostering strong relationships with key banking partners to facilitate efficient treasury operations.
  
• Providing support on ad-hoc assignments and special projects as requested by management.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting, Professional Accounting, Accountancy or any related
  
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience working within the treasury function of a financial institution or a sizeable firm
  
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development.
  
• Demonstrated proficiency in working independently, while also exhibiting strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and precision.
  
• Candidates with more experience may be considered an Accountant title.
