Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, this role is responsible for supporting the smooth execution of accounting, tax, and reporting operations through the management of supplier accounting processes, reconciliations and regulatory compliance requirements. This position is offered on a temporary contract basis to provide maternity cover.

Responsibilities:

• Posting and monitoring accounting entries related to purchases, expenses, and local & international suppliers
• Managing imports, customs documentation, and warehouse-to-general ledger reconciliations
• Monitoring payments, account reconciliations, and supplier balance agreements
• Supporting myDATA, VIES, and Intrastat reporting processes
• Managing tax obligations related to foreign suppliers and reverse charge transactions
• Issuing and recording revenue invoices and ensuring submission to myDATA
• Preparing and reconciling tax and regulatory reports for public authorities and regulatory bodies
• Monitoring leasing agreements and other corporate contracts
• Collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting and tax-related processes

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting
• Very good knowledge of SAP (at least 2 years of experience)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
