  • Invoicing: Create, send, and follow up on invoices to keep cash flow on track.
  • Expense management: Ensure all budgeted expenses are approved and paid in line with company policy.
  • Stakeholder communication: Liaise with key department managers to ensure accuracy of incoming financial information.
  • Financial reporting: Support the Finance team with documentation, month-end processes, and reporting data entry.

What you’ll bring

  • Bookkeeping experience: Minimum three years of hands-on bookkeeping experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Oracle proficiency: Proven experience using Oracle Accounting Software.
  • Excel and Sheets skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Attention to detail: A sharp eye for accuracy and the ability to maintain high standards under pressure.
  • Communication skills: Confident communicator, comfortable working across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Relevant qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance preferred, and prior experience in the events industry is a bonus.

The Benefits

  • A vibrant, music-focused workplace fostering creativity and collaboration.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
  • A flexible approach to when and where you work, designed to support balance in all aspects of life.
  • Access to concerts, events, and other entertainment perks.
  • A diverse, equitable workplace where every voice matters.
  • Comprehensive benefits, from volunteer days to wellness programs and mental health support.
