Looking to take the first major step in your accounting career? We are seeking a proactive Assistant Accountant to join our team.
In this entry-level role, you will get hands-on experience across the accounting cycle. You will be responsible for accurately processing daily financial data, performing bank transaction analysis, managing accounts reconciliation, and supporting month-end balance sheet work.
Daily Operations: Execute daily bank transactions and perform timely bank reconciliations
Month-End Support: Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and conduct thorough expense analysis
Audit Compliance: Contribute to both internal and external audit processes
Communication & Insights: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding expense processes and results
Valid Australian Working Rights
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1 year of experience preferred but motivated fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply!
Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets)
No prior ERP experience required, training on our internal ERP systems will be provided
