About the Company:

Our client is a well-established Lighting Company in the forefront of lighting distribution since 2009, stepping into the lighting business with drive that would kick thinks off rapidly. Our client is into both consumer and professional lighting solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in tax computations, VAT/SSCL, and other statutory payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
• Support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies for compliance.
• Assist in payroll processing and employee benefit calculations.
• Use accounting software for financial data management.
• Perform any other finance-related tasks assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

• Partly qualified in ICASL, CMA, ACCA, or CIMA, with progress towards full qualification or candidates with a strong educational background in Accounting and Finance are preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in Commercial Operation
• Age below 32 years
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks,)
• Sound knowledge of MS office products specifically Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint,
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
