Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven individual to join the USANA’s Thailand finance team as an assistant accountant. In this position, you will handle general accounting, accounts payable, month-end closing, tax compliance, audit preparation, and other assigned tasks. What You Will Do as USANA’s Assistant Accountant

Assist in maintaining full set of accounts for the company and ensure smooth year end audit processes
Assist in month-end closing and reports
Handle account payable and disbursement process
Prepare rax filings in accordance with tax regulation
Handle the fixed assets/small equipment
Responsible for inventory reconciliation
Perform other duties as assigned or needed

Background and Skills You Will Need

University graduate in Accountancy or related disciplines
1-3 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Experience in using a computerized accounting system (preferably Oracle)
Experience in direct selling industry and/or with a MNC (Multinational Corporation) is an advantage
Proficiency in computer literate, especially with high proficiency in Excel
Detail-oriented, good organization skills, good interpersonal skills
Able to work effectively in a team environment and at the same time able to work independently with minimal supervision
