Assistant Account Manager | Commercial Lines | Melbourne's East | Salary DOE About the Organisation Our client is an established Victorian insurance brokerage. Its Enterprise team of about 10 people looks after small and medium business clients. About the Role We're recruiting an Assistant Account Manager to work one to one with an experienced Senior Account Manager on a book of about $660,000 in income. The portfolio includes hair and beauty, trades and business packages. Responsibilities include: Preparing renewals and insurer submissions for the portfolio Processing quotations, endorsements and policy documentation Responding to client queries Keeping client records and the broking system up to date About You Some broking experience is required. Ideally you'll bring: Commercial or SME broking support experience Tier 1 (candidates with Tier 2 who will complete Tier 1 will be considered) A car and driver's licence What's on Offer Salary is dependent on experience One to one support from an experienced Senior Account Manager Car parking provided Full time in the office during the 6 month probation, then 3 days in the office and 2 from home Next Steps Hooker & Heijden undertake a thorough recruitment process on behalf of our clients and candidates.
