Job Description

Our client is looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join their Assistance Operations team. This is a dynamic role where you will coordinate assistance services and support customers during situations that require quick and effective solutions.

Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, operations, or contact centre environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming requests for assistance through telephone and digital channels.
• Coordinate contractors and service providers to ensure timely assistance.
• Keep customers informed and supported throughout the assistance process.
• Respond quickly and effectively to changing priorities.
• Accurately record cases and customer interactions in company systems.
• Work closely with colleagues and external service providers to deliver excellent customer service.
• Carry out other operational and customer service duties as required.

Requirements

• Willingness to work on a 24/7 shift basis, including weekends and night shifts.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Spoken Maltese is considered an advantage but is not essential.
• Confident using technology and Microsoft applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and customer-focused approach.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, operations, or a contact centre is considered an advantage.
