Job Responsibilities
• Develop, implement and set up all accounting processes & procedures (New startup company)
• Preparation of monthly full set reports such as general ledger, cashflow, income & expenses, balance sheet and financial statements for financial reporting, year-end audit activities, and calculate/submit Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, VAT, etc. on time.
• Responsible for dealing with government section E.g., revenue department for tax return, tax issues, etc.
• Perform ad-hoc or any other duties as and when required
Job Requirements
• Diploma / Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
• CPA/CPD certification will be an advantage
• 5-8 years of accounting/audit experience
• Excellent in MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to speak simple English/Chinese is a must (To communicate with Director)
• Have proven record in accounting management in a Startup company
• Must be comfortable working independently in a startup environment
• Selected candidate will be the pioneer employee and main backbone of the accounting department
