Job Title : Assignment Support Administrator Qualification : Any Graduate Relevant Experience : 3+ Years Experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Employee Onboarding/Offboarding, or HR Documentation preferred. Must Have Skills : HR Operations, Employee Onboarding and Offboarding, Employee Records Management, HR Documentation, MS Excel, HR Reporting, Stakeholder Coordination, and Administrative Support. Good Have Skills : Knowledge of HRMS tools, employee database management, HR reporting and MIS, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of required formalities and documentation. 2. Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities to ensure smooth HR process execution. 3. Prepare, maintain, and update HR reports and employee data using MS Excel, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting. 4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth HR operations and resolve process-related queries. 5. Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and proper record management. 6. Track and maintain employee-related documents and ensure records are updated regularly. 7. Support HR administrative activities and follow up on pending documentation and process requirements. 8. Ensure HR records and reports are maintained systematically and are readily available when required.
