About the job:
Establishing and enforcing local standards/regulations based to company regulations, distribute and collect assets, regularly count warehouses, clean up assets of resigned employees, and regularly clean up old/obsolete assets and idle/redundant assets to ensure asset security, consistency between accounts and goods, and efficient utilization.
According to asset management regulations, answer employees' daily asset questions, guide and assist employees to maintain and update asset information and complete the asset management process including annual asset count; Assist business departments in completing asset sell-off, scrapping, donation, and compensation processes; Assist business departments in managing low-value assets, ensure efficient asset business operations, and ensure process compliance.
Based on the local business requirements, submit asset purchase requirements to the procurement department, accept and inbound assets/accessories upon arrival, and print, issue, and paste labels to ensure the continuity of asset services.
Perform other duties as assigned.
About the ideal candidate:
Bachelor‘s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant discipline.
3+ years of relevant experience in office/asset administration.
Excellent knowledge of office/asset management procedures and practices.
Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated organization and time-management skills.
Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
Keen attention to details and problem-solving skills.
Resourceful and flexible.
