Job responsibilities:
Inventory Accounting:
- Control Stock Transport Orders (STO) between warehouses to
ensure total compliance with scheduled receipt and delivery
timelines.
- Organize quarterly physical inventory counts, generate stocktake
variance reports, and execute system reconciliation in the ERP
platform.
- Generate comprehensive inventory ledger reports tracking the
movement of goods (Inflow-Outflow-Balance).
Asset Accounting:
- Control fixed asset additions, disposals, and write-offs; execute
periodic depreciation and expense allocations.
- Monitor, generate, print, and control asset barcoding/tagging
workflows to guarantee unified asset tracking across all operating
entities.
- Conduct routine and ad-hoc physical asset verifications; justify and
reconcile variances to ensure asset ledgers reflect a true and fair
view.
- Evaluate asset utilization efficiency and implement asset
decommissioning or disposal procedures for redundant or obsolete
assets in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in auditing, accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
