Asset Works Planning Manager Control Systems – TFT until end Nov 2026
In this role you’ll
The Asset Works Planning Manager Control Systems is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of asset management programs and the Annual Works Program.
Reporting to the Manager Asset Works Planning & Integration, you will develop and manage short to long-term asset plans (1–10 years), ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, budgets, safety requirements, and asset performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage Asset Management Plans and Annual Works Programs
• Support medium to long term investment and infrastructure planning
• Maintain asset systems, including registers, condition assessments, and maintenance programs
• Monitor program delivery, track performance, and report on outcomes
• Support budgeting, funding coordination, and contract management
• Contribute to business cases, project planning, and risk management
• Coordinate system changes to ensure safety, reliability, and performance

About you
Essential Requirements
• Experience in asset management and infrastructure planning (control systems/telecommunications desirable)
• Strong background in maintenance works programs and lifecycle asset management
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost analysis, and project delivery
• Excellent analytical, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills
This is a temporary full time role until end Nov 2026.
