  • Client Experience & Engagement Own the end-to-end client experience at every touchpoint, ensuring each event delivers a seamless, elevated, and memorable experience that reflects the firm’s commitment to its clients.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships and effectively manage expectations with internal senior leaders (e.g., Partners, Portfolio Managers, Sales Heads) and external partners (e.g., vendors, conference organizers, media).
  • Budget Management: Oversee event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and maximizing ROI for all initiatives.
  • Vendor Negotiation: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure optimal terms and services.
  • Content Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and investment teams to develop compelling event content, speaker prep, and promotional materials.
  • Performance Measurement: Track, analyze, and report on event performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Brand Representation: Ensure all events and sponsorships consistently reflect the firm's brand identity and high standards.
  • Self-Directed Project Management: Independently manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong initiative, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in event marketing; financial services or asset management industry preferred
  • Demonstrated success in leading and executing complex proprietary events and sponsorships.
