As a Product Development professional in our Digital and Data Transformation Team you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering outcomes for our firm, owning the product vision through execution and adoption.

Job responsibilities

  • Define product vision, scope, and success measures; translate business objectives into clear use cases, workflows, wire-frames, and product requirements to accelerate UX design and delivery
  • Lead cross-functional delivery across distributed technology and operations teams; actively manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to keep outcomes on track and aligned to business priorities
  • Partner closely with global stakeholders to shape and execute the roadmap, run effective governance routines, and ensure delivery meets critical deadlines and budget/investment constraints
  • Integrate customer feedback, data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, market analysis, and firm goals to drive prioritization decisions and measurable value realization
  • Own and continuously refine the feature backlog with a pragmatic, commercially-minded approach; make clear prioritization calls and communicate rationale and implications to senior stakeholders
  • Build and present end-to-end executive product updates inclusive of OKRs/KPIs, adoption and production health metrics, delivery milestones, and financial forecasting / investment needs

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 7+ years of relevant Product Manager / Product Owner experience, with a proven track record of owning roadmaps and delivering measurable outcomes in complex, matrixed environments
  • Demonstrated experience leading Agile product teams and associated tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence), including establishing effective product rituals and stakeholder governance
  • Must demonstrate exemplary ownership, sound judgment, and an ability to drive alignment and decisions across senior stakeholders, even with competing priorities
  • Must be a strong problem solver and strong written and verbal communicator with the ability to produce executive-ready narratives, clear product documentation, and decisive stakeholder communications that drive follow-through
  • Ability to define and execute product strategy and roadmap, including articulating the “why,” “what,” and “how,” and translating strategy into delivery plans and measurable success criteria
  • Ability to operate effectively under tight delivery timelines and ambiguity, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform health and scalability
  • Demonstrates self-motivation suitable for a “start-up” team, strong adaptability, and the capacity to flex during peak delivery periods to meet critical deadlines
  • Skilled in leveraging firm-approved AI-assisted productivity and engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot and LLM models/assistants) to accelerate product delivery (requirements, analysis, documentation) while adhering to data handling, risk, and usage standards

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Product Manager background in digital platform infrastructure and modernization efforts, preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of digital client trends, especially in the Wealth Management sector.
  • Thrives working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment working across digital groups and time zones.
  • Advanced degree and technical background preferred
  • Experience implementing team-wide AI-assisted delivery practices (templates, workflows, and quality checks) to improve speed while maintaining quality and controls
