We are seeking a Technical Vice President to join the Deal Manufacturing Engineering team within Asset Management Alternatives Engineering This role has direct accountability for the design, delivery, and evolution of core platforms supporting private‑side deal origination, diligence, and execution across Real Estate, Credit, and Growth Equity.
As a Vice President, you will serve as a technical owner for key components of the Deal Manufacturing platform — setting architectural direction, leading complex initiatives end‑to‑end, and ensuring solutions meet Goldman Sachs’ standards for scalability, resiliency, security, and risk management You will remain hands‑on while partnering closely with Product, business stakeholders, and engineering teams across Alternatives, and mentoring engineers in line with GS engineering standards.

Goldman Sachs is investing heavily in AI‑enabled engineering and business productivity Within Deal Manufacturing Engineering, AI and LLMs are applied to real production workflows — accelerating development, improving platform quality, and enabling smarter solutions for investors and deal teams.
In this role, you will be expected to practically apply LLMs within engineering workflows and production systems. Hands‑on experience using LLMs to build and operate large‑scale applications is a strong plus.
