Job Description

Job Duties: Associate, Sales Support with Goldman Sachs Wealth Services, L.P. in Cohoes, New York. Serve as lead contact for Financial Wellness and SurvivorSupport stakeholders, including Leadership, Relationship Managers, Legal, Controllers, Operations, and Compliance, as the subject matter expert on data and embedded business intelligence champion. Design, build, implement, test, and monitor high-quality, low-code automations and workflow solutions that provide scalability for a high growth organization and reduce operational, financial, and reputational risk. Liaise with Relationship Managers and Leadership to process and analyze both standard reporting, including utilization, engagement, and outcomes of all corporate programs, and custom data requests for SurvivorSupport and Financial Wellness programs. Maintain accurate data within internal and external reports, ensure effective and consistent compliance with control procedures, risk controls and high-quality assurance, and escalate issues as appropriate. Reimagine team processes and brainstorm with talent across departments on the automation/streamlining of existing data management, including identifying new and creative ways to demonstrate corporate client return on investment. Contribute to the development and maintenance of data infrastructure, including data warehouses, data lakes, and related tools, and recommend new technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of data deployment. Generate and maintain business intelligence assets for analytics on workforce management, training quality & assurance, and referral programs. Effectively plan and execute various projects and efficiently cascade key messages and regular updates to all stakeholders, including resolution of identified data inaccuracies.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in job offered or a related role. Prior employment must include three (3) years of experience with: data warehousing and data lake technologies such as Data Lake Storage, cloud platforms such as AWS), programming languages such as SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI; utilizing Alteryx Knowledge and certification, Qualtrics, and SharePoint to design, build, implement, test, and monitor high-quality, low-code automations that provide scalability for a high growth organization; Atlassian Confluence to manage projects, document requirements, acquire proper signoffs and execute on tasks; utilizing ETL tools, including Alteryx, for data analysis, automation of manual tasks, and creation of efficient reporting systems; applying waterfall and agile best practices to manage projects, and utilizing agile tools, including JIRA, for effective project tracking and documentation; and business contracts, including fee arrangements, billing requirements, service level agreements, and other terms and conditions.

Salary Range: Annual base salary for this Cohoes, New York -based position is $88,712 - $94,000.
