SimCorp is experiencing a substantial increase in business globally and to support our growth we are looking for a Outreach Lead. This is a truly global role, based in our Warsaw office. In this key role you will work with all our clients across the world and provide business support and solutions to overcome issues encountered by these clients.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Assumes overall outreach Project Manager responsibility​

  • Runs operational calls with the client, as well as all workshops with the client​

  • Serves as the primary contact for client communication and handles broader client requests

  • Streamlines and supervises communication with all parties​

  • Manages / decides over all outreach escalations with the client and internally​

  • Maintain of working outreach flowchart and descriptions​

  • Defines and creates outreach specific reporting and risk analysis on an ongoing basis​

  • Collaborates with the outcome PM​

  • Owns the outreach tracker and controls the contributions to the product development build / backlog file​

  • Owns all communication templates and guidelines

WHAT WE VALUE

  • Experience in business communication with a clearing broker, a custodian and an asset manager​

  • Has experience with post trade processes until fund accounting starts​

  • Understands what order executions, settlements and reconciliations are​

  • Experience in onboarding within Asset Management / Asset Servicing industry
