About the role

As Asset Services Project Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end asset renewal, equipment replacement and minor capital projects across our national store network. You’ll turn asset replacement strategies into practical delivery plans, from sourcing equipment and engaging subcontractors through to coordinating installation and project close-out. Working across stores, suppliers and internal teams, you’ll help keep our sites safe, operational and ready to serve customers. You will also:

• Lead national asset replacement, equipment and fit-out projects from scope through to completion.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, site readiness, installation and handover activities.
• Translate asset lifecycle strategies into practical renewal programs across the store network.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks and quality while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Complete site assessments and work with stores and suppliers to minimise operational disruption.
• Coordinate urgent remediation and recovery projects following severe weather or other major events.

About you and your skills

You’re a hands-on project manager who can take an asset or equipment requirement and confidently manage the full journey from planning and sourcing through to installation and close-out. You’re organised, commercially aware and comfortable coordinating multiple suppliers and stakeholders across a national portfolio. You will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Building Services or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven end-to-end project management experience across asset renewals, upgrades or minor capital works.
• Experience delivering multi-site projects through suppliers, contractors and specialist subcontractors.
• Strong capability across project scope, scheduling, budgets, risk management and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience delivering works in live retail, facilities, building services or commercial property environments.
