Job Responsibilities
Analyse and organise asset information received from Group asset owners/points of contact.
Ensure information is sorted into a clear and ready-to-use format.
Liaise with Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and Civil (CIV) asset owners for clarifications when necessary.
Update the Asset Inventory template according to the Groups Asset Information Requirement (AIR), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Focus on this critical task as a dedicated temporary hire.
Requirements
Minimum O Level and above.
Basic communication skills to liaise with asset owners.
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
Duration/Working hours:
6 months contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
