About Evergreen Goodwill of Northwest Washington

Goodwill is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to help low-income and disadvantaged people in our community prepare for and secure jobs so they may achieve self-sufficiency for themselves and their families.

The people we help face poverty, lack of education and job skills, and limited English proficiency, all of which have kept them from finding or keeping employment.

Our comprehensive, free job training and education programs give our students the skills and training to find and keep a job.

Donors and shoppers are critical to our mission. Donations of reusable items from the community are sold in our stores, and the net proceeds, along with financial donations from foundations, corporations and individuals, make it possible for us to operate these programs at no cost to those in need in the communities we serve.
