• The Asset Product Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing asset products tailored to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and Business Banking
• Own, monitor, manage existing SBL portfolio to ensure balance sheet and P&L targets are met.
• The ultimate objective is to ensure an effective development of Asset products, create and lead a significant growth in Business Banking products and with a consequent increase in overall profits for the business. Lead implementation of all strategic initiatives for asset products, including the customer agenda, client experience design, comprehensive campaign agenda and infrastructure enhancements. The role focuses on aligning asset products with business banking strategies, market trends, and client needs while ensuring profitability and regulatory compliance
