· Create multi-year O&M and capital work plans, budgets, renewal strategies, maintenance protocols, and sparing recommendations.
· Steward asset renewal investments by coordinating priorities and implementation with Asset Maintenance and Construction.
· Provide asset-owner input into design standards, equipment specifications, and construction practices to promote safe, operable, and maintainable designs.
· Support system restoration, incident response, and backup transmission line Asset Management coverage as needed.
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
· At least five years of progressively responsible experience with transmission, substation, utility, maintenance, engineering, or comparable asset-intensive systems.
· Demonstrated ability to use technical information and data to make clear recommendations related to safety, reliability, asset health, and risk.
