Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Asset Manager to take responsibility for the strategic, financial, and operational management of an assigned real estate portfolio. This role plays a key part in the long-term development of the portfolio, value creation, and ensuring sustainable profitability in line with the company’s overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio strategy and value growth: Strategic management of the assigned real estate portfolio with a focus on long-term value growth and sustainable profitability.

  • Financial performance management: Full responsibility for the portfolio’s financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.

  • Capital expenditure management (CapEx): Proposal, planning, and management of property investments, including evaluation of return on investment.

  • Operational efficiency (OpEx): Control and optimization of operating expenses and overall operational performance.

  • Stakeholder cooperation: Close cooperation with facility management and key internal and external suppliers.

  • Sustainability and energy efficiency: Active involvement in sustainability initiatives, energy efficiency improvements, and CO₂ reduction.

  • Leadership and cross-functional collaboration: Leadership and development of a regional team and close cooperation with internal departments (Finance, Investments, Sustainability).

  • Reporting and decision support: Regular performance reporting and preparation of materials to support management decision-making.

Qualifications

Your Profile:

  • Education: University degree; economics, engineering, or construction-related fields are an advantage.

  • Relevant experience: Proven experience in asset management, property management, real estate, finance, or investments.

  • Financial expertise: Strong experience in financial management, budgeting, P&L responsibility, and investment decision-making.

  • Language skills: English proficiency at a minimum B2 level with active daily use.

  • Driving licence: Valid driving licence (category B).

  • IT skills: Very good user knowledge of PC tools, particularly MS Excel; Power BI is an advantage.
