Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Asset Manager to take responsibility for the strategic, financial, and operational management of an assigned real estate portfolio. This role plays a key part in the long-term development of the portfolio, value creation, and ensuring sustainable profitability in line with the company’s overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic management of the assigned real estate portfolio with a focus on value growth and long-term profitability
• Full responsibility for the portfolio’s financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, and long-term financial planning
• Proposal, planning, and management of property investments (CapEx), including evaluation of return on investment
• Control and optimization of operating expenses (OpEx) and overall operational efficiency
• Close cooperation with facility management and key internal and external suppliers
• Active involvement in sustainability initiatives, energy efficiency improvements, and CO₂ reduction
• Leadership and development of a regional team and close cooperation with internal departments (Finance, Investments, Sustainability)
• Regular performance reporting and preparation of materials to support management decision-making

Qualifications

Your Profile:

• University degree (economics, engineering, or construction-related fields are an advantage)
• Proven experience in asset management, property management, real estate, finance, or investments
• Strong experience in financial management, budgeting, P&L responsibility, and investment decision-making
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level, with active daily use
• Valid driving licence (category B)
• Very good user knowledge of PC tools, particularly MS Excel; Power BI is an advantage
