Job Location: TN Memphis - Memphis, TN 38133Asset Management Team Lead at a “Top Workplace”
US Med-Equip’s Asset Management Team Lead (AMTL) is responsible for leading an on-site team of Asset Management Service Representatives (AMSR) in the processes of managing and maintaining the inventory of moveable medical equipment in a patient care facility.  The Team Lead will be responsible in ensuring that the Asset Management team executes the distribution and cleaning of medical equipment within the medical facility, responds to customer concerns, and collaborates with company leadership to collect, analyze, and produce program quality data metrics to verify Asset Management functions and effectiveness according to company and customer expectations. The Asset Management Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring all equipment meets company, customer, and regulatory standards to ensure patient safety. This entry level leadership position also ensures that the Asset Management program has company representation during all contracted hours.
A Day in the Life
- Maintain updated knowledge of equipment, services, and policies through regular professional development trainings.
- Lead the Asset Management Team including orientation, on the job training, competency verification, performance reviews, and performance management
- Perform functions of Asset Management Service Representative which includes the delivery and cleaning of managed equipment.
- Produce staffing schedules that are consistent with customer contracts and promotes a positive workplace environment.
- Complete USME billing processes each month
- Document all equipment incidents in compliance with USME and hospital policies.
- Coordinate the completion of USME equipment maintenance along with the Quality Program Director under the direction of the biomedical department.
- Perform as a leader and the face of the company when communicating with hospital clinical staff and leaders while providing solutions for positive workflow and patient outcomes.
- Function as coach to educate AMSR’s in company and customer policies and procedures, while fostering growth for future career paths.
- Travel as needed to assist in implementation of new programs and orientate newly hired service representatives.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- All other duties as assigned

QualificationsEducation/Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of an Associates Degree preferred.

Qualifications
- Able to lift 75 lbs and push/pull 150 lbs
- Valid state drivers license
- Ability to obtain a DOT certification
- Skills in using Microsoft and other relevant computer software programs.
- Outstanding listening, communication, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills
- Highest integrity and relentless commitment to delivering value to customers and co-workers
- Resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment with a readiness to embrace change
- Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, critical thinking and problem-solving skill
