As an Associate / Analyst in the Sales Support Team, you will support our Taiwan Institutional Business.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall administrative affairs of sales team and work closely with sales to provide high quality of client service.
  • Coordinate and assist with events planning, client training, regular/ad-hoc client meeting.
  • Provide sales support through preparing sales reports, product and market reports and analysis.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc client reports on a regular basis. Produce performance attribution, contribution and dispersion analysis reporting.
  • Prepare and translate pitch book, presentations and reports (English to Chinese and vice versa).
  • Review and identify ways to streamline sales and operation processes on an on-going basis.
  • Represent Institutional Sales team on various internal projects meetings. Understand the potential business/client impact on various initiatives and proactively work with stakeholders to resolve the issues and improve business operating model.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • University graduate in Business, Finance and/or related discipline.
  • 4 years of experience in financial industry.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.
  • Highly proactive, organized and detail-oriented. Ability to work in a high pressure environment with tight deadlines. Ability to multi-task while delivering results with quality.
  • Strong audit and controls mindset.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communications in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) as essential requirement for the client coverage.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Asset Management business background.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Analyst.
  • Familiar with Lipper, Bloomberg is an advantage.
