The Asset Management Student Intern will support the Service Delivery Support – Customer Data Management team by assisting in the maintenance, tracking, and validation of asset and customer‑related data. This internship provides hands‑on exposure to asset management processes, data operations, and global support functions within a shared services environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating asset and customer data records in internal systems
• Support data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Help monitor and track asset lifecycle and documentation
• Assist in ticket, request, and work queue management (e.g., follow‑ups, routing, and status updates)
• Support data governance and quality initiatives, including exception handling and reporting
• Prepare basic reports and assist in data analysis using Excel or similar tools
• Provide administrative and operational support to the team as needed

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related computer‑based course
• Must be able to render at least 450 internship hours (or based on school requirement)
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of data management and systems navigation
• Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Willing to learn and adapt in a global support / shared services environment

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Familiarity with databases or basic data handling concepts
• Exposure to Power BI or reporting tools
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
