Job Description

JPMorgan Asset Management (Switzerland) LLC in Zurich is seeking a Sales Support at a 50% workload, with the starting date upon agreement. In this role, you will partner directly with sales executives to support the sales business in all its aspects. Your daily work will involve managing reporting tasks, handling ad hoc client requests and sending information material including mailings and periodic reporting to clients. You will be responsible for maintaining CRM tools and mailing lists to ensure data accuracy and smooth communication flows. Additionally, you will prepare product presentations and support the marketing team in pre-event tasks. Beyond these core tasks, you will keep close contact with product specialists and other teams around the world, to facilitate a smooth information flow.

Professional Profile:

  • Knowledge in banking, finance and/or investment funds would be an asset
  • Client oriented, very high service quality and efficient
  • Data Analysis & Numerical Proficiency: Conduct data analysis and deliver insights with strong numerical and quantitative skills
  • Interest and understanding of Asset Management industry and investment funds
  • German mother tongue; Fluent spoken and written English; French would be an asset
  • Excellent knowledge in MS-Office tools, especially MS Excel. Coding knowledge would be an asset

  • Robust communication skills (written/oral)
  • Strong organization and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
