The Credit Investments Group (“CIG”), a business unit of the Asset Management Division of UBS, is an industry leader in managing approximately $58 billion in non-investment grade credit assets across bank loan, high yield bond and structured product portfolios. CIG is one of the largest demonstrated credit managers in the US and Western Europe, with an accomplished full-service group of dedicated career credit professionals located in New York and London.
• Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance or business-related field is preferred.
• Ideally 5+ years of work experience with a portfolio manager, accounting firm, Custodian, middle office service provider, or loan agent.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and appropriately identify and escalate risk.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Hands on experience with process reengineering , control assessment and vendor management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives and analyze large data sets with limited supervision.
• Team player that proactively looks to add value and step-in wherever help is needed.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and high volumes.
• Experience with Python, SQL, and/or Excel Macros is a plus.

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New York - New York min USD 90000 - max USD 120000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
